Céline Vanbever

Céline joined Fortino Capital in 2017 and has since become a cornerstone of the firm’s operations. As Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel, she leads a broad array of functions including legal, compliance, HR, ESG, tax, and finance. Céline is a trusted advisor to both investors and entrepreneurs, exemplifying Fortino’s core values of high performance, commitment, integrity, and team play. Prior to Fortino, she worked as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Jones Day. Céline holds a Master of Laws from the University of Brussels, an LL.M. from New York University, and a postgraduate certificate in corporate finance from the University of Leuven.
