Charlotte Bonamie

Charlotte is a Senior Legal Counsel at Fortino, focusing on the fund’s day-to-day legal management, compliance, and regulatory matters. She also works closely with the investment team on transactional activities and provides legal support to Fortino’s portfolio companies. Before joining Fortino, Charlotte spent five years as a lawyer at Argo Law, where she specialized in private equity, M&A, and financial transactions.

She earned a Master of Laws from KU Leuven (with studies at Queen Mary University of London), an LL.M. in International Business Law from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris), and a Business Foundations Certificate from INSEAD.
