Job van Tilburg will assume the role of Operating Partner Finance and CFO at Fortino. He will support both Fortino and its portfolio companies in strengthening their finance functions. With a proven track record in financial leadership and in scaling and exiting PE-backed software businesses, Job brings together the worlds of firm-level finance and operational excellence — driving value creation across the Fortino portfolio.
His previous experience includes:

CFO at Textkernel – led financial strategy and post-merger integrations during a buy-and-build phase; supported the company’s acquisition by Bullhorn.

Global Finance Director at EdCast – prepared the company for due diligence and its exit to Cornerstone OnDemand.
