Magdalena Burgstaller

Magdalena joined Fortino Capital in 2025 and has more than 10 years of international experience in consulting and investment banking. She focuses on deal origination, execution, and portfolio management across the DACH region. During her time at Fortino Capital, Magdalena has worked on several investments including Modell Aachen and Mehrwerk.

Prior to joining Fortino Capital, Magdalena worked as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan and as a company builder and VC investor in Latin America and Europe.

Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESADE and the CEMS Master in International Management from Bocconi University and ESADE.
