Viktorija is a product and technology leader with over a decade of experience across engineering and product leadership, specializing in AI enablement and digital transformation. She builds and scales AI-driven products and platforms from early-stage concepts to enterprise environments, across startups and global technology companies.

At Fortino, she works closely with portfolio companies to accelerate AI adoption. She previously led AI Enablement at TKH Group, driving AI strategy and adoption across 60+ companies, and has worked on high-scale products at Vinted and Trustpilot.
